Vipin Reshammiya Dies at 87

Veteran music chief Vipin Reshammiya, father of vocalist and arranger Himesh Reshammiya, died at 87. He passed away on Wednesday at 8:30 PM in Mumbai. Doctors at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Clinic had admitted Reshammiya due to breathing difficulties and age-related complications.

Sources say his last rites will take place today in Juhu. Loved ones will bring his body home before the ceremony to gather and pay their respects. Family, friends, and members of the music fraternity will join to offer their final tributes to the veteran composer.
