Garnier Launches Innovative Suncare Products

Garnier, the green beauty leader, has announced its foray into the suncare category with Super UV Invisible Serum Sunscreen. This ultra-lightweight sunscreen offers broad-spectrum protection with SPF50 and PA++++ against 99% of sun damage. With the addition of Vitamin C, it protects the skin and also reduces dark spots.

Also, Garnier recently launched the Super UV Invisible Air-Mist Sunscreen. This one is pretty workable for everyday application over makeup. These sunscreens are sans white cast and fit for every skin type in India to provide efficient protection in daily life.

While being in the Indian subcontinent, the UV index is so high throughout the year that proper care is always required. However, very few Indians follow a daily regimen of using sunscreen. With these new sunscreens hitting the market, it also hopes to create awareness. And educate people on the use of daily sun protection.

Speaking on the occasion, Anshuman Wanchu, General Manager for Garnier at L’Oreal India, said he was thrilled with these new products. He further added, “We are excited to introduce the Garnier Super UV Sunscreens, specially tested for Indian skin tones. The demand for sun protection is increasingly growing. And our global expertise ensures effective, lightweight options that are accessible to everyone. This launch marks a significant milestone in our commitment to democratize beauty.”

It has also prepared an all-rounded marketing strategy to support this launch. A mix of digital and traditional advertising, influencer partnerships, and on-ground activities that reach an even greater audience.

Available across stores and e-commerce at INR 349 for the Garnier Super UV Invisible Serum. And INR 599 for the Super UV Air-Mist Sunscreen.
